Farmers Lodge is a 2 storey double glazed property situated in the residential area (village) of PLAYA FLAMENCA and is just 5 minutes away from the beach. The Farmers Lodge is the larger of the two properties available with 7 rooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. This makes it the ideal choice for larger groups.

The lounge is fully air conditioned and all the rooms come equipped with fans.

The upstairs of Farmers Lodge opens onto a large solarium with a built in barbecue, which has a lovely view of the Mediterranean. The Solarium comes equipped with a table and chairs for up to 6 people and a parasol.

A large gated swimming pool is also available for guest use.

PLAYA FLAMENCA is just 5 kilometres South of the town of Torrevieja.

The Farmers Lodge has a large modern kitchen which has ample storage and cupboard space as well as a utility room. The kitchen also comes equipped with an oven and electric / gas hob with an extractor fan. A gas water boiler is available for hot water. Other utilities include fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron.

The kitchen also comes with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and tea towels.

The lounge / dining area can seat up to 6 people in comfort. Ample lighting, english speaking satellite TV (17 Channels), Hi-Fi with CD Player, Radio and Tape Deck, Games and Books are also included.
